Can I refer any sort of business?

Accepted Answer

Treyd can only help limited liability companies (no individuals or sole traders) that buy and sell finished goods and have been operating for at least one year. The companies should be based in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden or the United Kingdom. We’re best suited to companies that are in a growth phase, rather than having just gotten started. Since you only get a reward for referrals that turn into customers, it would make sense to only recommend businesses that fit this profile.

Question 2

When will I get the cash reward?

Accepted Answer

To get the cash reward, the business you referred must first become an active customer – meaning they get a credit limit and make a payment order with Treyd. Once they’ve completed their first order and we get the necessary information from you, you will have the £200 cash reward sent to your account (paid out in local currency).

If your business becomes a Treyd customer after a referral, you will also get the £200 cash reward sent to you after completing your first Treyd order.

Question 3

In what cases will I not get the cash reward?

Accepted Answer

You won’t get the referral bonus if the business you refer a) doesn’t become a customer, b) is already a customer with Treyd, or c) has already been in contact or in discussions with us regarding Treyd’s services in the past 6 months. If someone else has already referred the same business previously, you also won’t get the reward, as that will be sent to the first person to have referred the business to us instead.

Question 4

Can I refer more than one company?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you know more than one company that could benefit from our service, and that has the potential to become a customer – go ahead. You will get the £600 reward (normally £200) for each company that ends up turning into a customer. So five successful referrals would become a £1,000 reward for you.
