1 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Treyd Services AB, reg. no.559223-3208, Regeringsgatan 38, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter “Treyd, “us” or “we”) is providing a solution via website www.treyd.io to manage international trade (the “Service”).

1.2 This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to personal data processing which is conducted in relation to a you who is a natural person (hereinafter "you") where Treyd acts as data controller. If you don’t approve of how we process your personal data according to this Privacy Policy we ask you to please refrain from using the Service.

1.3 “Personal data” refers to all types of information that directly or indirectly can be attributed to you as a natural person. “Processing of personal data” refers to everything that happens to the personal data.

2 WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

2.1 We collect the personal data you provide to us, such as your social security number, profile picture, contact information (address, e-mail address and telephone number), when you sign up, and/or use, the Service.

2.2 In addition to the data that you provide us with, we may also collect personal data from another source (third party). For example, from Bank ID and public registers we collect information about your name, address, your role within the companies you represent.

2.3 The Service uses cookies and other technologies to function correctly. The cookies are used to enable us to obtain statistics on page visits and to improve the user experience for you. The data we collect are IP address, operating system, web browser and add-ons, device and screen size, date and time for the using, page visits and referring site. If you do not accept the use of cookies you can configure your web browser to not accept cookies.

3 WHY WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

3.1 We mainly process personal data to provide the Service, and to fulfil our agreement, with you. The personal data is also processed to ensure customer due diligence, to administrate the customer relationship with you, and to meet requirements related to security and other statutory obligations.

3.2 Personal data may also be used for market- and customer analysis, market surveys, statistics, business follow-up and business development, which is based on either a consent or legitimate interest.

3.3 Furthermore, personal data may be processed to protect our legal interests or to discover and prevent money laundering, fraud and other problems related to security or technology, which all constitute legitimate interests to perform the processing.

A processor is a company that processes the information on behalf of us and in accordance with our instructions. We have processors that assist us with IT-services, etc.. However, we are always responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed correctly. When your personal data is shared with processors, it is only for purposes that are compatible with the purposes for which we have obtained the information.

5 YOUR RIGHTS

5.1 You have the right to access and control your personal data we store about you. Please contact us at info@treyd.io if you want to: (i) know what data we store about you (ii) delete your personal data: (iii) change or correct personal data; (iv) transfer your personal data to another company (v) or withdraw your consent for processing personal data.

5.2 We may charge an administrative fee in case of unfounded or implausible requests (for example if they are made repetitively). You will then be notified about this in advance.

6 WHERE IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED AND PROCESSED

6.1 Your personal data is in general stored and processed only within the EU/EEA.

6.2 As a Service for International trade, your personal data may be transmitted to a country outside the EU/EEA, in order for us to fulfil our agreement with you to provide our Service.

7 SECURITY

7.1 We have appropriate safeguards designated to protect your information, such as encryption of your data during all processing. We supervise our systems regularly to discover possible weaknesses and attacks. We can, however, not guarantee the security of all information that you provide us. There is no guarantee that information cannot be accessed, exposed, changed or destroyed through attacks on our physical, technical or administered firewalls.
