Referrals

Under the Treyd Referral Program (the “Program”), you, an individual who is at least 18 years old and who has the right to accept these Referral Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) (as applicable at the time when you submit a Referral) and thereby enters into an agreement with us (Treyd Services AB, company registration number 5592233208, with registered address at c/o Starbreeze Studio, Box 7731, 103 95 Stockholm, Sweden, referred to as “Treyd”, “we”, “us”, “our”), may send us a referral (a “Referral”) of a business that you believe could benefit from Treyd. If the relevant business ends up becoming our customer, you will receive a €200 cash reward in accordance with these Terms. You may only make a Referral if you agree with these Terms.

We can only offer our services to limited liability companies (no individuals or sole traders) that buy and sell finished goods and have been operating for at least one year. The companies should be registered in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden or the United Kingdom. We are best suited to companies that are in a growth phase, rather than having just gotten started. Since you only get a reward for referrals that turn into customers, please only recommend businesses that fit this profile.

Process and cash reward

To make a Referral, please send an email to us using the email address referral@treyd.io and thereby provide us with information about i) the name and company registration number of the relevant company; ii) individual to contact (full name); and iii) contact details of such individual, i.e., email address and/or phone number. Please note that you shall have a personal connection to such individual and that you are solely responsible for having the right to share the information disclosed by you.

Upon receiving a Referral, we might contact the relevant individual should we wish to (to be determined by us in our sole discretion) and unless a contact is already established between us and them (please see further under the heading “Limitations”). Should such contact result in the relevant business ends up becoming our customer, you are entitled to a €200 cash reward unless otherwise set out in these Terms. Should you be so entitled, we will contact you using the email address used by you when making the Referral and request your bank account details to be able to pay a cash reward as set out below. Should we not receive complete information from you within ten days, your right to a cash reward will terminate. Should you provide us with the information requested, we (or a third party appointed by us) will make a payment to you within 30 days after receiving such information.

Taxes etc.

Each of you and us are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees that shall be paid as a result of the cash reward, and may not claim any compensation from the other party as a result thereof.

Limitations

Please note that you will not be entitled to a cash reward if the business you refer does not become a customer, is already a customer of Treyd, or, at the time of the referral or at any time during the preceding period of 6 months, has been contacted by Treyd or in discussions with Treyd regarding Treyd’s services. Further, if someone else has already referred the same business previously, you also will not get the reward, as that will be sent to the first person to have referred the business to us instead.

Further, you undertake to only make Referrals that are genuine and based on your reasonable understanding that the relevant business would actually benefit from our services and that such business and we would constitute a great match. Should we, in our sole discretion, suspect or consider that you misuse the Program, for instance by making an unreasonable number of Referrals, we have the right to not take Referrals made by you into consideration, block emails sent by you and/or not make any cash reward payments to you.

Personal data

You are responsible for your compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation and for having the right to share the information sent to us when making a referral (which you must be able to prove).

For the purpose of the Program, we will process certain personal data. Such personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as applicable from time to time, which may be found here.

Miscellaneous

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms of the arrangement between you and us shall be understood as an employment relationship or other more permanent assignment agreement. Instead, it is understood between you and us that the arrangement shall be understood as a temporary agreement on compensation as a result of you sharing certain information with us.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden.
